Payments & Fees

Confidentiality

Clever Kode respects the confidentiality of client information.

• We protect all sensitive data, including business strategies and financial details

Clients also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary tools, strategies, or information shared by Clever Kode.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All final deliverables created for the client become the client’s property after full payment
• Clever Kode retains the right to use non-confidential, anonymized data for portfolio, case studies, and marketing purposes

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• Clients are responsible for paying all outstanding dues up to the termination date
• Any ongoing work may be paused or discontinued upon termination

Limitation of Liability

Clever Kode shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable local and international business laws, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
